Shipping & Delivery Policy

No physical shipping
Snipaze is a fully digital product — a browser extension and an optional Pro subscription. Nothing is physically manufactured, packaged, or shipped to you. This policy exists to describe how digital delivery works instead of physical shipping.
How the free extension is delivered
The free version of Snipaze is delivered instantly through the Chrome Web Store. Installing the extension from the store gives you immediate access to all free features — there is no waiting period.
How Snipaze Pro is delivered
Snipaze Pro is delivered digitally and activates automatically:
- You connect your Google account and complete payment for a Monthly or Yearly plan through Razorpay.
- Once Razorpay confirms your payment succeeded, our system activates Pro access on your account automatically.
- Activation is typically instant, and in almost all cases completes within a few minutes of a successful payment.
- No further action is required on your part — you do not need to download or install anything separately for Pro to activate.
Delivery issues
If more than 30 minutes have passed since a successful payment and Pro features still don’t appear active in the extension, contact Support with your payment confirmation details and we will resolve it promptly.
Changes
This policy may be updated as Snipaze Pro evolves. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
